Christine was prompt and professional and when I just knew I was going to have to have a big nasty trial she was able to get me everything I wanted via settlement. just a no license ticket but they got it deffered

No one likes getting a ticket. When I got mine I panicked thinking that there is no way I could take time off work to handle it so I called Bailey and Galyan. Cristina took care of everything. She called after everything was in order, we sent her the money needed to pay the ticket and that was it. No hassle, no time off work and no worries. Thank you all for your help.

Natalie Cardwell has been assisting me in my current divorce proceedings and has been exceptional in all areas. We will never recommend this immigration firm. In fact, i plan on taking my complaint higher then just Google. This is just a warning for anyone looking to hire these people.It is sad Because we were getting great service, WITH the previous lawyer and her assistant were there. Never were we advised the lawyer we had was leaving, nor were we advised of information on the new lawyer. I had to call just to find out myself they had a different lawyer. Ive made a numerous amount of calls to them in regards to my step daughter case. Never received phone calls back. EVER. Finally, someone at the firm in Arlington gave us the lawyer email address. I emailed him with my concerns. I received a reply back, basically calling me a liar. Stated alot if their clients say they call when in fact they do not. When i sent him plenty of screenshots of my calls to them, is when finally his assistant reached out. Want to talk about rude? She was so unprofessional, treated me like i was no one. Advised me that the price we were given previously had changed. I advised her we are moving forward, but i will be seeking other lawyers. Never advised her to terminate my service. Hour later get an email from the lawyer, assistant Janeth told him we want to terminate service. He was glad to do so. This is so unprofessional and unethical, goes to show they are more of get your money people, then truly caring about your case people. Im done with them i will be submitting a complaint with the bar Association. This is not ok to treat people like they are less then what you are.

If you have a workman's comp case do not use these lawyers! They done absolutely nothing except 1 phone conversation and charged almost 300.00 It's a waste of your time & they don't do anything on both times I've used them! Once in 2019 & in 2012. Both times I believe the insurance company paid them off!

I went to Bailey&Glayen law office in Arlington for the first time. I talked to an immigration attorney Patricia Barbee on the phone. She was nice and gave me free consultation and all the legal advices that I needed. It was such a great experience overall.

I wanted to know more about the process, I had started with this company. I was confused needed help I spoke with Norma and she was rude condescending. I will never give them my business.
