Hello! I went and Seen Dr, Rory Allen at Blue Star Rehabilitation. He recommend Kim Wyatt as my lawyer. I was some what worried when I didn't get her. They told me she always wins. I did get a very good Lawyer by the name of Mildred Ashley. Since I really didn't understand a lot, I left it in her hands. And if I had questions all I had to do was email and she would answer me later that evening. All I can say is she very nice and Great. And yes we won. Thank You Mildred Ashley for taking care of me.

Hello my name is Terry Johnson I am one of your clients, you guys have been handling a Workmen’s Comp. claim for me I work at General Motors and you know I have been a little concerned about my case I think we’ve gone through couple of different legal aids are assistance through my process but I met with GM yesterday for a hearing in front of the judge I had never met him before we have chatted via email a few times I believe but never met her personally to yesterday and I’m really impressed with the way she knew the case I didn’t know she knew the case that well and tool she kind of made the GM’s attorney Backstep a couple times in the Diggin constantly through things that had been noted in our first hearing with the judge that Kim seem to have known it was able to throw them out there and it was really fascinating to watch your work I’m not at all I’m happy with the treatment and the knowledge after meet with her and watching her perform I think should be a very splendid job very happy with her many thanks to Caleb.

I would highly recommend Mrs. Wyatt to anyone that's having problems with the workers comp insurance. She is very detailed oriented and she is amazing in the court room. At first it's a slow process and you have to give her time to get the ball rolling with the state, the state anything but fast. So be patient and don't be rude, Mrs. Wyatt and her team are working hard for you. Learn from my mistake.. unfortunately the system is really broken and it may seem like one cares, but doubt Mrs. Wyatt. She does care and she will fight for you if you're truly hurt. Please understand all workers comp lawyer have their plates full, so if you don't get a phone call or an email back give her time a she will respond. If you hire Mrs. Wyatt and her team you will not regret it and you will know you have the best lawyer on your side.

I was in situation many regulars gave up and ran. Without exaggerating chances success, she took the dread out of the justice system. She's firm and honest - there's no better feeling than knowing you can count on the person defending you being diligent, rational and professional. That's how I felt.

Even tho I called her late in my case she stepped up and took charge and helped me get everything I needed and she continues to fight hard to make sure I get the treatment I need for my injury.

I had a worker injury that required surgery to stabilize my ankle. After the initial repair and therapy was completed the repair failed not even two months later after returning to work. 6 doctors agreed that the repair failed and needed to be corrected with a second surgery but the hassle with workers comp was drug out for months until I reached out to Kim Wyatt. I was then able to get all the documentation presented and get the second surgery approved within a month. As an injured person waiting is the hardest thing to do when no treatment is provided and the doctors are left on the sideline over a legal mess. Get the best and get back work with a new outlook! Once she listened to everything he told her she gladly took his case. She was diligent in getting the job done and won his case. She went above and beyond to accomplish this.
