I worked a wonderful lawyer Named Michael a few years ago. However, last week I called the Arlington office and asked yo speak to an immigration lawyer. The operator at this location told me they did not handle immigration cases but road Collison cases. I was confused how this woman got hired not knowing what cases the law firm handles. After telling her that I am a client and that Mr. Skyclaski had been my immigration lawyer put me on hold to ask around if indeed they had immigration lawyers. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, a female Hispanic lawyer came on the phone. She was polite and i explained that i wanted to print out the documents from a previous case. She explained that the case was closed and it would be hard to retrieve it. I told her that my lawyer worked at the grand prairie law firm and that he said I could access my files anytime I wanted. At that point the female lawyer asked for my email address and insured me she would email me my documents in 24hours or two days. It's been almost a week and nothing in my email nor a phone call to notify me of my documents. Am I being not getting help because I am not opening a new case?

John Robinson is an amazing criminal attorney, and Elizabeth Rodriguez, his paralegal went out of her way to help on numerous occasions. Sometimes bad things happen, and situations occur through no fault of your own, and you need an excellent attorney to help you deal with the legal aspects of your case. John is who I will always recommend to anyone. John and Elizabeth are a great team, the ones you need to call when you need champions in your corner!!

Choosing Bailey & Galyen and having John Robinson with Elizabeth Rodriguez is probably one of the duos out there for representation . Very professional, courteous , and Always followed up with any changes . At the end , they were able to get my case dismissed . I️ appreciate everything they’ve done for me and moving forward , I’m only going to be recommending them . Thank you for everything .
