All matters were handled in an extremely professional manner, phone and e-mail correspondence were succinct, on point, and allowed for an efficient signature ceremony at the office. Brought forward some good points for our consideration and inclusion. Being new to a metro area from a smaller community in Kansas, we felt comfortable with our engagement for services with Ross and will certainly return for any future needs.
