Same issue with draining your bank account to accomplish nothing. They got thousands of dollars for a single trip to court and emails over child support that was not contested to begin with.

Stephanie and her staff are absolutely the best. I came to them after spending about 14 months with another lawyer, and nothing getting done. As soon as I started with Stephanie, she called me, spent the time to get to know me and my case, and established timelines and benchmarks to guide our progress. From this point, my divorce took four months. Everything was extremely well-organized, professionally managed, and best of all, friendly. If your confused about the divorce process, or stressed about losing everything you’ve built, call Stephanie’s office. You will not final a better attorney or staff.

This office acted like they were going to "fight" for me in my divorce. After paying nearly $12K from ridiculous fees, she informs me that she is not a trial attorney and makes me change to a different attorney. Ms Foster makes BANK while she makes her clients suffer. They create problems and then want more money. FYI that they are all in bed with the judges. Tarrant county is corrupt and it's all about making money for them. Stephanie Foster is at the top of the food chain. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Could not be happier with the performance of The Law Offices of Stephanie A. Foster. My initial conference, Ms. Foster told me everything to expect and how she thought it would turn out. She was able to get better results than what she briefed me on. The team working behind the scenes is just as amazing they take the time to explain everything in Layman's terms to ensure I completely understood what was going on each step of the way. The briefings prior to court and mediation were not rushed and each and every possible scenario was discussed.

Terrible experience. Used her for nearly two years and got almost nothing accomplished, except for paying her over $24,000 for no results. She wanted $32,000 more for a two day trial. Had to go and hire another lawyer who got more done in two weeks than she did in two years, and I paid half of what she was charging me. Save yourself a ton of money and frustration by going somewhere else.

I believe in what you pay for is what you get. This Law Office deserves more than 5 stars. I was taken care of from the beginning. They listened to my case and concerns, formed a game plan and then executed it to the "T" I could not have been more proud of the outcome of my case, but more of the dedication of the whole office to make me feel that I was the only one that mattered.
