I paid for a one-hour consultation with Desaray Muma, and her service was terrible. She was disinterested, rude, and not helpful in providing the guidance I was seeking. I was trying to engage her in dialogue to help me understand the legal process, but it was like pulling teeth. I came to her for help and left after 15 minutes. It was a total waste of money. I thought it was just me but after reading other Google reviews there seems to be a trend in her disconnected and unprofessional behavior.

Law firm does not use in-house QUDRO attorney! Although the divorce went smoothly, it was totally an UNCONTESTED DIVORCE! The issue was a loss of $30,000 dollars to me as the Attorney assigned to my case sent the signed QUADRO order to their non resident Attorney by certified mail, which they addressed wrong, and was forwarded by US Mail over 4 states and 30 days, during which market lost money to the 401k account - why they would NOT USE legal courier service for such CRITICAL DOCUMENT IS BEYOND LOGICAL THINKING! Their Quadro Attorney’s office is about a 2 mile journey! Donna’s excuse was she was sorry, but they had no control over when Lockheeds 401k administrators receive their QUADRO documents, and it was a case of the “perfect storm”. I wasn’t able to find ANY attorney to file a negligence suit, they all said it was not enough monies involved to bother with. I also agree with other poor ratings here on treatment, because although I did have an opportunity to discuss their negligence in my case initially (sry for any inconvenience), there were no fees returned, and recently she refused to even take a phone call from me, about pertinent language in divorce decree - which is apparent in what other clients have said of related client treatment. Abusive and not a proper attitude toward their intended model of advertisement! Good day Donna!

If you are a man going thru a divorce, don't do it with this law firm. My attorney completely sold me out to the opposing council and I caught her in it thru email. If I would have seen the end result earlier I would have left them for another law firm, but by the time I realized all that had happened it was too late. use someone else for the love of God, this was an awfully expensive lesson to learn and I don't want someone else making my same mistake.

Do Not Use if you want to be treated with respect and compassion and have your attorney fight for you. The associate, Desaray, was impatient and acted as if it was a terrible inconvenience to be in contact with the client -who was paying her! It cost her over $10k and not an ounce of feeling the attorney was on her side. Mediation lacked professionalism and investment in the client's best interests. Some Law Firms are out to help people and others are out to make money. This one clearly lands in the latter category.

Just don't waste your money

I have known Donna since 2006 and am beyond grateful to have had her on my side. She is considerate, confident, and truly a loving person. My journey with her has led her to become a genuine friend of mine and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She will listen to your needs and pour her heart into being an advocate for you. She is unlike any other lawyer and will be real with you and take care of business. She excels at what she does and has a passion for winning for all of her clients. She will listen to you and make it her mission to help you throughout your difficult times. Additionally, her staff is very welcoming and helpful. As a person who has gone through two divorces, I would not trust any other lawyer than Donna. Her name, experience, and years in the business tells you all that you need to know.

Always the most upto date, straightforward and professional firm there could be. Its no wonder she is continuously being acknowledged for her stellar achievements!

Spent almost $30,000 in 18 mos, our attorney deseray didnt represent , she wasnt determined , she didnt stand up or pursue what was right. The only real communication we had is when she needed more retainer money. Wouldn't reccomend this firm to anyone at all.

Yikes! That pretty much sums it up. I paid for a 1 hour telephone consultation and she actually had a go at me because I didn't understand something and was asking questions!!! Umm - I am not a lawyer, that is why I PAID to consult one. This woman seriously needs to get another job that she actually enjoys. Please go somewhere else where you will, at the very least, be respected as a paying client.

If you have to file for a divorce, PLEASE do NOT go into that unchartered legal arena without Donna's guidance. She is the consummate knowledeable divorce professional! If you are crushingly miserable in your daily life with your spouse, & true happiness is beyond attainable, be brave enough to save yourself. If you step into the Divorce ring, you need the very best to help you from a divorce attorney...That would easily be Donna. Her depth of knowledge in Divorce Law, Process & procedure is second to none. In the courtroom I will tell you she has few peers. She will successfully guide you to a resolution you will be happy with...Have you missed the word "Happy & Peace" in you life...Donna will help you find it again. After going through a challenging divorce with Donna representing me, I ended it by considering her not only the best attorney I could have selected, but a friend...now how many people can say that about their attorney?
