Quickly handled my claim with expert advice and was obviously very experienced.

I came in for a consultation I agreed to their terms and paid $1,000.00 cash up front. Went to court and my attorney recieve a new court. She said that she needed more time to prepare. I wake and up go to the new court date and I'm waiting for my attorney. I'm calling and calling no answer. She was a no show the morning of my court date. Brandy Austin sent me a new attorney the morning of who knew nothing about my case or what was supposed to happen. The new attorney didn't fight for me at all, I didn't agree with the terms so he told me either I sign or go to jail. I was then told for him to handle what my original attorney stated that she was going to do would huhbe an additional $800.00. When I called to confirm the price the secretary told me it wasn't $800.00 but 1,000.00... this was a child support case... they took my money, didn't show up for me im court and tried to double charge me. If you want to be double talked or have your case mishandled then they are the ones for you...

I went in for a child support case and I felt my lawyer screwed me over more than the other person. I started with a different lawyer, who knew my needs and the 1 reason why I was getting a lawyer. If I had been told before hand what to expect and how it worked, I never would have gotten a lawyer. It seemed like he cared more about getting out of there, than my interests. It was a waste of money, I wouldn't recommend for a child support case. Now I have to pay more money, to fix this lawyer's mistakes and misrepresentation. I would say they need to better inform people of what to expect, before the day of court, instead of at the court while you're getting screwed.

Excellent, passionate staff. They show that they really care, they care about me and what happens to me, instead of the money I will be paying them. They have a payment plan and better service for lower prices compared to other lawyers in the area. I would recommend Brandy Austin Law to anybody!!!!!

They are absolutely unprofessional and no time prompt they where not informative over my hearing and also they do not handle the court situations correctly. I am very disappointed and disgusted with this law firm I spent my last for nothing .
