I was desperate and hired her gave her $3000 up front was late to our on and only court hearing kept talking about needing surgery and business was slow and how clients hire her and she never hears from them again...sends crazy test messages then demands another $1800 a few weeks later . I told her I just paid her $3000 and all she did was go to court once and did nothing and sent in 2 forms....she sends a rude email saying I dont work well when im not paid! I was like really????? So i sent her the $1800 then a week later she is demanding more money!!!! Needless to say after consulting with another attorney mrs schenk did NOT send the appropriate documents to the court for my case . I went to get my evidence with very personal information and she has left it with a totally different companys receptionist. I get home not only do I have my evidence but I have evidence from several peoples cases. She is very careless and if she sends you a text DONT ANSWER she will charge you $100!! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYBODY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS AND THE CASE. NOT JUST THE MONEY! (which she did nothing for)

Leigh Ann know her stuff! I have been so impressed by her professionalism that I hired her twice! Her rates are extremely reasonable, and when you meet with her you can tell that she truly cares and wants you to win. She is available to consult and answer questions for you along the way and this was extremely helpful to me because I don’t know much about the laws in Texas. She was there along the way to educate me and to help me make the best decision that yielded the best outcome for my case. She fights, she wins! I would hire her again and again if I needed to. She is an attorney that I can trust.

Mrs. Schenk was a God send for me in a dark time. My case was not easy and exceptionally complicated at times. She was very patient with me and my case through a very long process, but fought for me every step of the way. There was a horrible scam that caused me to miss a huge $2500 payment to Leigh-Ann! She was not only understanding but assisted me in action to take as well as advice if I hit road blocks. Even after the scam so close to my court appearance she did not hesitate to tell me she will be there for me still and showed up just as phenomenal as the other appearances where she was already paid. You can imagine how amazingly hard she fought for me in court just by that scenario alone. Every time we went to court during my newborn visitation battle with my child’s father she did what was right for our child regardless of the father’s bad habits. She even helped him understand when he didn’t have an attorney present the first time. She listens and doesn’t get you in over your head. She prepares you for the worst and also doesn’t lead you on. She tells you how it is if you are leading with your emotions and what will actually stick to make your case. I was never unsure. In court this final time when I didn’t like something she did not just abandon my concern to finish and move on to her other case she stayed and found ways to compromise. I hired Ms. Leigh Ann Schenk as my attorney to represent me in a very important matter. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I would definitely hire her again, in a heartbeat. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a professional, down-to-earth, and reasonable attorney!

Big Win in court today with Mrs.Shenk my case is very complex as substance abuse was involved. It has been a long tough journey I have had several lawyers, but I finally found Mrs. Shenk she guided me in the right direction was straight forward with what options were laid out no matter how I didn’t like the options still she remained honest in what they were she has been there when I needed her sometimes just to vent my frustrations. My experience with Ms Schenk was absolutely wonderful considering the circumstances that I was going through. She proved to be a tough negotiator and became a nemesis for my ex. I hired Leigh Ann to assist with my 4th custody battle brought by my ex husband. She came on to my case when I had to fire my previous attorney for failure to provide basic counsel.
