Lance Welch is an AMAZING attorney!! He/his staff respond very quickly, are great at communicating, and continue to keep you in the loop. Lance came to court highly prepared and blew the other attorney out of the water. He does not tell you what you want to hear just to take your money and convince you to go to court. He will set a realistic expectation for you and is always honest. I have continued to refer him to other people after my court case and I will forever continue to do so. Lance was forthcoming as to my son's chances of gaining primary custody. He performed excellent in the courtroom and took all the evidence that was presented to him and used what he felt was necessary. In the end, my son prevailed. In the beginning, he stated that he could help with my divorce and that i had a valid case. It's been 1 year and i have had contact with him a handful of times. He never responds to my calls. He left me in the dark. I felt as though he gave up. I paid the initial fee and more! In the end, he suggested that I sign the mediation papers indicating that it was my best bet. I will never use him again. So disappointed.
