February 27, 2021, Incarcerated TCCC March 9, 2021, Indictment 1675529 filed in district court March 9, 2021, Writ to Serve Indictment 1675529. March 15, 2021, Discharged from TCCC March 24, 2021, Writ to Serve Indictment UNEXECUTED STOP CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL of indictment. On March 24, 2021 The Tarrant County Sheiff did NOT Exeute Writ to Serve indictment 1675529 There is a big District Attorney's office in Tarrant County; therefore, why did the District Attorney refused to follow procedure and dismiss my case. I was forced to endure fifteen more months of abuse and misery.

Thank God for the Free Consultation, I didn't have an understanding of all the terminology of what was happening to my son, Kathy broke it down to me.. and this was an after 5:00 apt.
