Kell Simon was simply excellent in assisting with my husband's severance issue and our many questions, and we felt so comfortable with him. He was highly knowledgeable and responsive beyond our expectations. Even though he told us he was going to be in the middle of a big trial for part of the time he was working with us, he went out of his way to make himself available to us by phone and was quick to respond when we contacted him--we were quite surprised by this. After getting laid off my job unjustly, and after other attorney's turned me down, Kell personally called me and advised that he would take my case. I retained Kell Simon to assist me with a disability discrimination case due to a long-term illness within the workplace. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and expertise I experienced as a client of Mr. Simon. I sought Kell out in an effort to right a wrong. I was all set to go on FMLA that had been pre-approved. The last day of work prior to my surgery I was fired without cause. With Texas being a right to work and an at will state, I did not think I had very many means of recourse. I did not have any delusions that this was going to be a slam dunk and some sort of a financial windfall for me, nor was that my goal. I just wanted my prior employer to think a little more about their current business practices. Kell told me it would be a long process as several steps were needed before we would even be in a position of power if we ever got there at all. Kell stayed the course and saw the process through to the end. Kell stuck it out to the end and did not pressure me to make a decision one way or the other. He simply gave guidance. My resolution was always geared towards being a moral victory of sorts. Kell could easily have pushed me to settle and get this off his plate, but he didn't. Thanks Kell! I appreciate your help!

Logical, practical and reasonably priced. Kell worked diligently to ensure that my separation with my company went as smoothly as possible.
