Although not personally a client of Susan G. Taylor, I have been able to observe some of her interactions with her clients. I am constantly impressed by the attention she shows each individual, far above and beyond a typical client-attorney relationship. It was mortifying to have to file Bankruptcy for my mother in the first place, but Susan G. Taylor was sympathetic and she didn't make us feel shameful. She was very matter of fact about the whole thing and was very reassuring. Sometimes you just need a comforting person to help you through this whole thing, and she was definitely it.
