Kevin was absolutely FANTASTIC about handling my husband's paraphernalia & possession charge in Travis County. We were able to schedule an initial meeting with him within 24 hours of first reaching out to him. Our initial meeting was fantastic and expectations were clear. I habe nothing to say other than Smith & Vinson a really AWESOME! They did absolutely everything they said they where going to do. And I got around 99% of what I was asking from them. I choose them for 3 reasons. 1. They have awesome reviews. 2. They where about 1/3 the cost of the most other firms wanted. And took payments. 3. The most important thing though was they polite. Extremely kind. They listened to me before giving them a penny! I actually had many attorneys hang up on me, rude as hell, basically just wanted to talk money. I even missed a couple of payments and caught up buto no grief. Jaimie was the best. Anne was awsome, Mr. Smith, Mr. Vincent. For the amount of time I was looking at, 2-10 years for a 3D Felony DWI, Jaimie got it DROPPED to a misdemeanor, NO jail time, a $400 fine, my probation fees cut in half too $30. Man I can probably go on and on but my thumbs hurt! This team could not of made this hellish ordeal any better! THE BEST LAW FI'M I HAVE EVER USED. Thanks to all! DWT
