Terrible mistake!! I hired Kevin as I needed an attorney fast and not only did he drag his feet and show very little effort or sense of urgency but he also made me feel like I was on trail as he attempted to bury every point of fact in my favor. His repeated saying of "It's not going to work" or "they won't listen" or "why should they care" all felt crushing as I was in a desperate time of need. Before I knew it Kevin, had taken my money and justified his efforts by saying he sent an email. From the beginning I never felt like Kevin was my advocate and thank God, I was able to replace him with counsel that cared about me and less than 24 hours after replacing Kevin, my case took a turn for the better with the SAME JUDGE. #Neveragain

Very informative at the beginning to layout all expectations as well as recommendations. You can tell he is an expert in his field. He is also quick to respond to anything you need while working with him. I highly recommend to save your time searching and work with Kevin.

Was being held downtown, got in at 1am could tell something wasn't right, took me foooorreevver to get assigned my holding cell made it in by somewhere around 8am and was out before noon. Apparently their systems were down so Kevin came in and took care of everything in person which, for anyone who has been locked up before knows how clutch this is. I was arrested for a possession charge and told him i wasnt interested at all in taking the "drug court" deal. He negotiated with the prosecutor informing her that I had already gotten myself checked into a program since my arrest date and would be willing to take the 15 hour online doep class. So with a letter from my counselor at the program and my certificate of completion of the course he got it dissmissed. It was an excellent experience, he took care of me from the jump and got me the best case scenario. Will be keeping his number close and will refer him to anyone i know that may need his help.

felony tampering with government document This was a case of misconception and offence I didn't commit with all evidence pointing towards it. I have never committed any crime in my life and I have a clean record but the prosecutor would not let go, he would rather have me do diversion program and plead guilty. At first, it seemed there's no way out, except the diversion program (my thought) But Attorney Kevin went extra miles to get the case dismissed , he was always on top of it and neither will any week goes by without pushing forward or getting in touch on developments and also carrying me along on all steps and efforts toward getting the case dismissed I really believed in Kevin, his dependability, persistence, and defense proved it. He is professional and has vast, in depth knowledge of the law.
