2 yrs ago my wife and I filed for bankruptcy and Susan and her team could not of been more welcoming and friendly in a hard time in our life. From the time we first walked in the door till our case was finished they were there for any question or concern without hesitation. We would of been lost with out them and would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance in a bankruptcy.

Susan is very compassionate, caring, honest, and will drop everything to help you, what an awesome attorney. Not only is she affordable, respectful, and efficient, but she makes the process as easy as it can be

Susan was great. She did not pressure me into making a decision, in fact she talked me out of bankruptcy, said it was not for me. Gave me great advice. I would recommend Susan to anyone. GREAT LADY!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my family wanna thank you susan and your team you guys great and very helpful. Susan has gone above and beyond her duty to help us she has called me after office hours on weekends she even went to court with me on my civil case hearing. When my civil case attorney wouldn't even answer my calls and drop me like a hot potato although he charge a fortune he wasn't there. But thank God susan was there to help me. Honestly how many attorneys are going to help you free of charge. Not many so thanks for everything susan

I surprised my mom over the weekend by visiting her from college. However she did not seem very happy in fact she seems stressed more than anything with financial issues She mention having an apt in Austin w/ Mrs.Taylor, I drove her there (with my 5 year old niece we were going to museum to kill time) my mother called me within the hour she was ready to leave. My mom was so lifted and was positive, she was actually smiling and said everything was going to be okay, things were going to work out. I was able to enjoy my surprise visit with my mom because of Mrs. Susan Taylor, She lifted my mothers spirts and gave her the reassurances everything was going to be fine! So happy there are people out there ready to help, especially when I'm miles away from mom, grateful to know she is being taken care of!

First of all, I cried and cried and talked to an attorney who made me feel so bad! Then Susan was so unexpected--from the beginning I felt more like she was a counselor than a lawyer. All of her staff was attentive and patient. She and I worked my file on Sunday! Melissa told me what to bring beforehand, so we completed it during our weekend meeting. Chapter 13 is going to be rough, but at least I know I'll get as much help as possible from this bankruptcy lawyer. I would recommend this Austin bankruptcy attorney to anyone.

Couldn’t be happier with Austin bankruptcy lawyer Susan Taylor and her staff, especially paralegal Melissa. Just finished our creditors meeting; we were better prepared than some of the others—they made the entire bankruptcy as easy as possible—like friends taking care of friends. 11/6/2019 I need to add that Ms. Taylor and her staff have been amazing. Ms. Taylor has accommodated me. She is aware that I don't have a good vehicle. I live about 45 min away. She has made herself available to speak with me on a Sunday by phone. Her assistant also spent a great deal of time with me on the phone with me because I could not drive to Austin. This office, these ladies are truly passionate. I truly appreciate them. ****************************************************************** 6/2019 Omg I cant even explain how I feel after speaking with Ms. Taylor. She gave me such peace and made my heart feel so warm. I've been dealing with so much pressure and was completely at a dead end with my finances. I wanted to hug Ms. Taylor through the phone for being so professional and personal with me. I thanked her over and over. I asked God to bless her and her office because she truly is doing Gods work. I was ready to give up just throw in the towel. But after speaking with Ms. Taylor the heavens opened.I have peace and hope. Thank you lord. Thank you law office of Susan Taylor. God bless.
