I'd like to recommend Attorney Douglas J Powell to anyone who finds a need to go through the process of a bankruptcy. We used Atty Powell and had a rather extensive and detailed case. Atty Powell got it handled in a very efficient manner and with the best results we could have imagined. The process was very emotional for me and he listened to me rant when I needed (not at him but to him) and just remained quiet and calm and assured me when possible that my concerns were not warranted. When there wasn't a certain answer he was honest but still somewhat calming even though I'm not easy to calm at times. And I always ask a lot of questions. lol And in the end and what seemed like in a very reasonable amount of time everything came to an end and we are able to go with our lives in the best way that is possible.

Doug and team are top notch in terms of service. I was in a tough position and upon walking into Doug's office I felt a sense of immediate relief. His ability to quickly address my financial distress and to guide me through the entire process until it was fully remedied was extremely fluid and professional.
