Mr.Evans tho hard to get a hold of, sticks to his word.You have to remember that legal cases often take years.He was reassuring and very nice.He is professional and respected by judges.My case took a little over a year to finalize.Charges were dropped.There us is denying he's a beast!Law is convoluted and time consuming.Expect it to take time.If you're calling for an update when your court dates are being pushed back - then its a waste of time to tell you there isn't an update.You can search to see your court dates been rescheduled.A DWI is an easy dismissal and you should be so happy to not have probation etc.Be smart.Hire the attorney who is working and not swindling you.

I would like to start my review by saying Emma D. Apodaca is the most skilled, professional, well spoken, strategist attorney I have ever met. In my many years of business I have not encountered an attorney that cares so much for the people and "actually" has their best interest at heart. What a polar opposite she is to the industry. Not ONLY did she win my case but she won it with sheer elegance and precision to the law. She left no stone unturned and was so prepared that even the courts had no questions. Her work, preparedness, and specific knowledge of the law was irrefutable. I couldn't be more grateful and to say satisfied would be an understatement. This attorney pretty much did NOTHING to help my cousin who was convicted and charged with murder to his child that he loved very much! He would never kill his baby that he was so proud of! They never check the other parent/ baby mother who left the 3 month baby with the young father and went out of town to party. The baby could have already been hurt when she left that baby both parents were young parents and shouldn’t have had a child in the first place! Nevertheless, There was no investigation done on the mother or the folks who had the baby the night before! Horrible appointed attorney! Justice was done, He should be bared!

In addition, she uses an app portal to communicate that it is super easy to use, you can make payments, download all the paper work, is one stop shop. I'm very pleased, she is very direct, honest,easy to work with, professional, she is patient and listens. She was referred by a friend who worked her case for immigration prior years. We really have a bad experience with an immigration officer with my mom who is elder when she came to visit with her tourist visa, that we decide to proceed to request her. Ms. Emma I cannot thank you enough, the piece of mind worth every penny. All your details, explaining, it is better to get it right the first time than make mistake(s) and your case can be at risk.
