Great attorney. He spends a lot of time explaining everything in detail. He knew exactly what to do with my case, and I am grateful for his services. I would, however, make sure to ask more detailed questions about what the services cover and include. But his services are worth it. He is a very honest attorney for an attorney.

I hired Kyle to help me with a DUI. I had an earlier DUI that had been reduced to lesser charges. A conviction of a DUI would affect my ability to perform and retain my job. To further complicate the situation, while I was arrested several miles from my car, I had admitted drinking and driving to officers at the time of my arrest, which was recorded on tape. The odds of getting this charge reduced were highly unlikely. Scared of losing my job, Kyle encouraged and expertly guided me through the legal system putting together a strategy where this new offense was eventually changed to a lesser charge. I hired Mr. Kyle Lowe when I was arrested and accused of reckless and intoxicated driving. In fact, I inadvertently drove onto the shoulder of a major roadway and gravely injured a Travis county first responder that was cycling. Travis County prosecutors wanted me to spend the rest of my life in prison. After the long two years between this accident and a resolution, Kyle tried my case to a Travis County District Court Jury. Kyle made me feel at ease as he guided my family and I through the process of preparing the case and then prepping and then trying my case at a jury trial. We got to see first hand why it's so important to have a lawyer who has experience trying cases to acquittals. After a week of the trial, I was found NOT GUILTY of all charges There was a point in the beginning of this sojourn that I wanted to throw myself on the mercy of the court. I was scared and emotionally distraught over what I had done to the gentleman I injured. After speaking to Kyle and listening to him, he convinced me that this was a very bad idea and that I could spend a long time incarcerated. I decided to go ahead and put my trust in Kyle. Kyle helped me with a DWI charge. Due to my line of work, I needed the charge dismissed and Kyle delivered, even though the odds were against me. My initial perception, after a terrible over niter, was that that Kyle quickly created a game-plan a strategy after hearing all of the facts of the case. I opted to retain his services immediately rather than go back and forth with a separate attorney that wanted $300 just to speak with him. Through out the months and years of having Kyle by my side, I had no doubt that he would come through with his word. Lowe does not over promise, nor does he give you the impression that you have to give up in any way. Kyle is a stand up lawyer that made moves on my behalf when I lost the privilege to drive (due to a revoked license) and so many other small things that made for a better quality of life during this matter. He didn't communicate with me. He didn't tell me cases were dismissed in another county. Folks found out and waited 4 weeks for him to say something. The charges were dismiss not because he did it, but because I told him to separate each misdemeanor and go to trail. Meanwhile iam in jail on MTR probation. If he had checked that those charges were dismissed and no longer pending, then maybe the judge would have reinstated me . because of his I dont care attitude. I was revoked. Sent to tdcj for 7 years. He wanted to play the misdemeanor cases that were why I was on a MTR( motion to revoke) as showing he got them dropped so he could collect payment for them. $7,000 for misdemeanors (3) and felony revoke case. and oh did I mention he is scared of the prosecutors. My family forced him to refund half the money they paided him. He is not worth the risk.
