Kyle Lowe was everything I could ever want from a DWI attorney. He always gave me the time I needed. He was always willing to explain every detail of my case. In my case the county attorney refused to plead my case down. From the beginning Mr. Lowe said that he thought that we should get a reduction. A year later we were put on the jury docket, and then month after month Mr. Lowe and I went to court,but the county would never try my case. What did Mr. Lowe do? He held steadfastly and did not waver. He kept telling me that I deserved a reduction. A lesser attorney would have realized that he had my money and then tell me to accept the lousy offer the county offered. Mr. Lowe did not do this.
