I have to say Michelle took very good care of me and my case. She was on top of it right away! She returned all my calls and emails immediately and was very professional and upfront. She got my case dismissed in just a few weeks, I feel she really did a good job. I would highly recommend her! Wonderful lawyer. Thanks Michelle!!

Michelle was my assigned lawyer by court, she did a great job through all the process, she's very professional. She took care of everything and the outcomes were beyond good. After closing with the DWI case, she helped me to get my expunction and she did a fantastic job. I'm more than grateful she was assigned to me and I would totally recommend her to any one.

I met Michelle Mays thru a mutual friends recommendation. I thank him daily for it. It was during an utterly dark period in my life when I needed the best representation to combat false charges against me. I never expected to be spending 8 months defending my freedom. I was poised to lose everything I value and love. The darkness was unbearable for me... Her service, expertise, demeanor, intelligence and communication was the only light I was able to rely upon. I contacted Michelle on a personal recommendation. During the consultation, my initial thoughts were that she exhibited a high degree of professionalism, was highly knowledgeable, was particularly well-spoken, and not to be overlooked, was friendly. I assumed these to be "givens" when speaking with a licensed attorney trying to earn business, though, surprisingly this was not the case with all attorneys consulted. Additionally, she seemed honest and genuinely interested in assisting me through this difficult time. As additional points of consideration, a proven track record and the caseload of the attorney I chose to represent me were concerns of mine. Regarding the latter, I did not want to be just another file in their books. Michelle was open and honest about her caseload and did not ever come across as pushy or trying to sell me. All in all, it was an easy decision for me to choose her as my legal representative. The whole process took much longer than I had anticipated but at absolutely no fault of Michelle's. While there were a decent amount of delays on the prosecution side, Michelle was very attentive to my case through its entirety and maintained regular communication with the court and me, which made me feel like I was truly important to her despite the number of other clients I knew she had. I only imagine the rest of her clientele felt the same. Having been my first experience, I learned a good deal about the legal process involved with the nature of my case. There were certainly ups and downs but when the case finally came to a close, the final decision that Michelle helped the court arrive at was favorable. I absolutely could not have come out on the other side of all this as I did without Michelle's legal representation. I submit an exceptionally high recommendation for her service.

To begin with she was thoughtful and attentive when I first proposition her with my legal issues. Throughout the process she kept me updated and current to my position and condition. Upon reviewing my case she quickly asserted her professional opinion with a goal in mind which was reached in a relatively short amount of time, no less spot on her projected outcome, yea!!! It's not often I've found myself in life needing an attorney, especially a criminal attorney so when I found myself in a place where I needed one I was honestly scared out of my wits. Fortunately, I had the honor of meeting Michelle about a year or so prior and gave her a call.
