Mr. Jeffries is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. While he was compassionate with my situation and the difficulty of my divorce, he stood firm on what a realistic outcome should be. He helped me to understand each step of the process and was assertive in getting me what I was entitled to and more. Communication with him was effective and efficient! He listened well to my questions and concerns and offered honest, straightforward advice. He responded quickly to my emails, texts and phone calls. I would hire him again, with no hesitation.

Wade has advised and represented our businesses for numerous years. His advise, counsel and representation have netted us significant gains and windfalls. In addition, Wade obtained a judgment on our behalf against a well known con-man in Austin who defrauded us. At the time Wade obtained the judgment, there were several prefected judgements ahead of us. Wade diligently pursued collection efforts, had a fraudulent lien against his non exempt assets set aside, and showed up at his house with a Writ of Execution and the Constable who seized his prized sports car, motorcycle, gun collection and watch collection to satisfy a portion of the judgment. We enjoyed driving the fraudster’s car for many years. The fraudster then moved to California and restarted his con. When Wade discovered a California individual obtained a judgment against him, Wade convinced the individual to purchase our judgment. Highly recommended!

I hired Wade when my children's mother moved my one and two year old children to Houston without my consent and had the Houston Attorney General's Office file a child support action in Houston against me. Wade immediately filed a Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship lawsuit in Austin, had the Houston Attorney General's case dismissed and obtained an Order naming me as the Possessory Conservator with primary possession. Wade responded to my texts and calls immediately and was thoroughly prepared at the hearing. Excellent Attorney!
