I had great trepidation about whether I should take legal action or not. But from the beginning he put my mind at ease with his explanations of the law as well as advice, that was most often of the legal kind, but on other occasions entered into areas that could be best described as pastoral in nature. Not everyone can handle these various aspects of being a great lawyer as well as he did. I am more than satisfied by the work that Todd did for us. Thank you!

Todd helped my family prepare our estate plan. He was very comprehensive in his work, detailed, organized and personable. More than anything, he explained the differences between a will and an estate and helped guide us to the best solution considering our family's needs. I highly recommend Todd for Estate and Trust Planning. I have had a few Wills done in the past however years later Trust Planning for me became a nessisity even with a Will in place. I came to Todd after my divorce and the task seemed overwhelming at the time, I had always left those decisions up to my husband. Todd took the time to work through everything step by step which was a huge relief for me. It is hard for anyone to think of the "what if's" in life. It is important to have all of those addressed now because some of those will happen. I am fully covered now with any "what if's" that may appear in the future. I asked Todd to assist my wife's parents and he was amazing. He helped them with their will and Powers of Attorney and met them at the house and the nursing home where my father in law was at the time. Todd completed my husbands and I wills in 2012 when we were expecting our twins. Todd was very organized and had a detailed questionnaire for us to complete to be sure we didn't miss any important items. He patiently reviewed the wills with us upon completion and gave us detailed instruction of how to file with the state. During a very stressful time Todd gave us the peace of mind that our children would be taken care if anything should happen to us and he did all of this for a fair price.
