I am writing to recommend Tim Lee for legal work. Tim has been my company’s go-to person for legal matters for over seven years. We have used him to draft, review and negotiate contracts on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with the results. He has handled our trademark and copyright filings and advised us on how to protect the intellectual property we have. Tim has also been very helpful with employment matters. He drafted our human resources policies and procedures manual and we regularly consult with him on employment agreements and other matters as they arise. We have had several matters come up over the years that could have easily ended up in a courtroom, but Tim helped us avoid it. Some lawyers seem eager to file a lawsuit when a contract dispute arises, but Tim works with us, our clients and vendors in an effort to resolve our problems in a manner that minimizes cost and is most effective for us.
