Brian is an Outstanding Counselor. I have seek his help several times. Everytime the case was thrown out or dismissed. He is reasonable, keeps you in the loop. He is my go to lawyer for any traffic issues.

Brian aggressively pursued my defense in a case of 70 mph in a 55 work zone. The sign had been placed within the acceleration ramp and, as such, was not viewable while looking left to enter traffic. Since there was a line of cars to my immediate left, and since one should NEVER decelerate on an acceleration ramp for fear of being rear-ended, I was forced to accelerate. A stationary police car 100 yards ahead clocked me at 70 on Laser. Brian got the charges dismissed! Bravo!

Brian is a dedicated professional who understands the in and outs, the judges, the overall macro process. Though my case took a while it was only because if his dedication to ensuring he heard me out, gathered all the evidence, and provided a vital objective review of the situation to guide me proper. That due diligence paid off for me with an acquittal - couldn't have been so without his dedication to my case. Not once did I feel like he was too busy or not focused on my needs during our interactions. I can't recommend him any higher.

My job requires me to have a good driving record. That doesn't go well with a lead foot, but I have Brian as a buffer. I have hired Brian 6 or 7 times in the last 4 years. I still have a spot less driving record thanks to him. Even when I thought there was no way he could get me out of my last ticket in a construction zone, he got all charges dismissed. Brian and Courtney were so awesome in getting my case settled. Even when the court lost my defensive driving certificate and scheduled me for another court day the day my mom was supposed to have surgery, they took care of everything. Highly recommend their services.
