Jackson represented my granddaughter in a convoluted license suspension resulting from a DUI and a lot of misfiled paperwork and lack of coordination between two counties. At the onset, he proposed a price, based on the anticipated effort. As we proceeded, it became apparent to me that this case was likely consuming much more time than he ever could have anticipated. However, he never asked for an increase in fee. After our last court appearance, I asked him about this and decided to voluntarily render an additional payment - I thought it was only fair. Point is, he never brought it up and I felt the service was rendered in such a professional was that I was more than glad to offer additional payment. He returned calls and texts in short order and was willing to meet whenever we felt a face to face was needed. He seemed to be liked and respected with the courts personnel, which was beneficial. Throughout the process, I kept waiting for the other foot to fall, but it never came. I highly recommend him.

Jackson has been a great lawyer. He's been there for me when I needed him throughout my 2 year case. He works very hard for his clients. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Not only have i had the pleasure of knowing Jackson personally over the span of several years, I also utilized his Lawyering skills when i was in trouble. Mr. Simmons reviewed my credit card debt case. He gave me an outline of what to expect from the process. He explained, what the best and the worst outcome could be. He stated, "No other harassing phone calls should arise and if so refer them to me." And I had no harassing phones calls after Mr Simmons took my case. After which, I waited patiently to hear from him because the time frame to settle the case depended primarily on the other side. They file, he responds, then they respond etc. My case was dismissed after (5) months. No additional out of pocket expense to the court. The day I walked in Andy's office a year ago, I left there with so much confidence in him and an enormous weight off my shoulders. I was being sued by one of the biggest bottom feeders.
