I hired Jeffrey Connelly to assist me with my divorce, custody arrangements, and division of assets. Overall, the mediation process was straightforward, and Jeffrey made everything relatively easy to navigate. He was patient and understanding throughout the process, which I appreciated. One notable aspect was his willingness to continue working with me even after the divorce was finalized, showing a commitment to ensuring everything was settled properly. The experience was positive and the outcomes were satisfactory.

For context, I was referred to Jeffrey after nearly two and a half years of no representation for my custody case. He came highly recommended by my daughter's court ordered supervisor, with full knowledge of the complexities of my case. I am eternally grateful for the recommendation. At first glance, Jeffrey was shocked by the minimal amount of time I had access to my daughter and immediately set out to change that. He immediately and successfully engineered a plan that would give me additional time, my daughter time to adjust to the changing custody and time to prove to the court that I deserved equal parental rights and custody. Jeffrey held a firm stance in numerous situations that I otherwise would have been defenseless against, and he and his team were beyond supportive of the work they saw that I was doing. Jeffrey has been a great help in what seems like a never ending court battle. You can tell he truly puts people first, and it speaks volumes, at least it did to me. To preface, upon meeting Jeffrey, every attorney I consulted with up to this point, in short, said I held no chance of obtaining a 50/50 possession and access schedule of a child under the age of 2 years old. During our initial consultation, Jeffrey thoroughly read through my case documentation and made it a point to understand everything up to the present time and my objectives and noted more or less that "while I can't guarantee 50/50, there is a chance and it's something we can fight for". Shortly after retaining Jeffrey, his team swiftly emailed opposing counsel and, after a couple of days, helped me regain possession and access (which was initially not being honored by opposing counsel). My case suffered from multiple failed mediations, pushed court dates, and difficulties with opposing counsel, but Jeffrey and his team prepared me for all of it. They helped me take all of the necessary steps to increase my chances of acquiring a 50/50 in my case and leveraged nearly, if not a year's worth of text and pictures I provided as exhibits for when we went to court. Jeffrey exhibited astuteness and prowess during litigation, exposing holes in the opposing counsel's case, leading to no reason why there shouldn't be a 50/50 custody order. With the utmost confidence, if it weren't for Jeffrey and his team, I wouldn't have received an order by a judge for 50/50 possession and access of a child under the age of 2 years old. All of this is to say that Jeffrey is exceptional and is someone that I'll hire again for all of my family law needs.
