Jessica is an actual life saver. She went well above and far beyond the level of service I expected or that anyone probably deserves. When a friend introduced me to Jessica, within several hours she was at the jail going over my case with me, and she wanted to know everything about me from birth. She was very positive from the beginning, and she also recommended that I do 9 things. She said that she wanted to get it down to a misdemeanor. In 7 months I did that, and she was even more excited about how hard I worked. And without her, it would not have been a misdemeanor and 1 year probation. In the beginning I had no hope, and now everything is positive for me. If I need any more help, she is there for me!

Jessica was amazing in handling my DWI charge. I was arrested Friday night on September 2014 and Monday I called her to set a meeting with her (I was recommended to Jessica by a good friend who went through a DWI charge also) We met on Wednesday at her office she looked at my case and said I had a good chance of beating the case. I didn't provide a breath or blood sample. I hired her that day and first thing she tells me is go to DPS and get another DL just to have on me. I would of never thought of that. Already caring for her clients needs from day one really impressed me and I knew then I hired a good lawyer. Just as stated before Jessica talked and walked me through the stages of the legal process and gave me my options and what she would recommend would be the best for me. She would always email me the dates of our court dates and gave me the info on the classes I needed to take care of and make a good impression on the judge and prosecutors. Jessica and I had to wait almost two years for my case to final closed and on May 2016 Jessica called and told me the prosecutors had a deal and it was a huge win for us, I couldn't believe the deal they offered me. Jessica did her best and got the best results for me. June 2016 we had our final court date and had to sign the paper work and agree to the deal and pay my fine. No probation, DWI charged dropped to a class c traffic ticket for illegal turn, and just the court costs and fine was paid that day. People she is really the best and knows her stuff. I cant count how many times I thanked her helping me get through is and getting those results for me. She really is the best DWI lawyer in Austin folks. If you ever get pulled for DWI don't hesitate one second and call her to defend you. She looks out for the best interests for you and cares for you as a person.

I had the misfortune of having to hire an attorney after I received my 3rd DWI charge. My second was reduced to obstruction but came back into play when I received my third. Yes... I was in BIG TOUBLE! Jessica was quick to act and showed up at the courthouse even before my booking was completed. Within HOURS, I was release on a bond. Even though the cards were against me, she managed to work with the courts and no, I didn't get off, but I did manage to get the best possible deal and did not have to do any jail time. Anyone who has ever been in legal trouble understand the stress and paranoia that comes with being in that kind of situation. She keeps her cool and helps you understand the situation and helps comfort you. She is highly respected by the court officers, judges and other attorneys. She is in constant communication with you about the situation, provides options and doesn't beat around the bush. She gets s**t done and taken care of without having to stress out and worry all the time. Even after my case was settled she still checks in on me and my family to make sure we are doing okay. I hope to never have to hire an attorney again, but if I do I am going to call Jessica!
