Having Andy represent me was a very good decision. At first I tried to handle the matter myself and soon realized I was in over my head. Mr. Simmons reviewed my credit card debt case. He gave me an outline of what to expect from the process. He explained, what the best and the worst outcome could be. He stated, "No other harassing phone calls should arise and if so refer them to me." And I had no harassing phones calls after Mr Simmons took my case. After which, I waited patiently to hear from him because the time frame to settle the case depended primarily on the other side. They file, he responds, then they respond etc. My case was dismissed after (5) months. No additional out of pocket expense to the court. The day I walked in Andy's office a year ago, I left there with so much confidence in him and an enormous weight off my shoulders. I was being sued by one of the biggest bottom feeders.
