John and his team have been fantastic. We were hit by a negligent driver who ran a red light. My wife and infant were in the car with me. We had doctor visits, x-rays, and physical therapy appointments afterward. I knew I didn't want the added stress of dealing with the insurance companies and legal mess. By letting John handle the legal side, my family and I could focus on recovering. So glad we let them take care of our claim.

I highly recommend them!! I was in a car accident the end of last year and contacted them right away they handled everything for me. They always made sure to stay in contact with me to update me on where the case was and they always made sure to keep me in the loop. Esmeralda and kenny were always so friendly and welcoming when i came into the office along with the other staff. Esmeralda and Kenny are very knowledgable and were always able to answer any questions i had. If in the future i ever need a lawyer again i will definetly be calling them.

Being in a serious car wreck at the age of 19 was incredibly frightening. Not knowing what to do and after being avoided by the insurance company for literally a year. I decided to take legal action. Jonathon Clark couldn't have been a better attorney for me! Not only did he fully talk me through the entire process, but he also made sure I understood everything completely and he was incredibly friendly about it. I've never requested help from a Lawyer before. I had purchased hearing aides under the assumption that my medical insurance would cover 80% of cost. At least that is what the provider stated, when they supposedly checked my coverage. They said it'd take a month or so before we would be reimbursed. Total cost was about $6500.00. I charged them to a Care Credit Card that the hearing aide company helped open and figured I would pay it off in a month. Interest charged would be minimal even at a 14.5 APR. The insurance declined coverage. They claimed that if the insurance stated they covered it then they had to cover it. So they said they would take care of it. I was eventually told they sent the claim to their corporate office because they were getting nowhere with the insurance company. We are now 4 -5 months into the process and I asked for the reference number from the insurance call and said I would call the insurance company. I found out that reference number was for a call placed a month after they filed the claim and that my insurance did not cover hearing aides. I had paid off $650.00 of the $6500.00 plus paid $405.00 in interest charges. I contacted Jon Clark and he said that we could sue for deceptive trade practices. If found guilty they would have to pay us 3 times the charges. Jon's recommendation was to try and talk to them first and see if they will take them back and refund the $6500 on the credit charge and cover the interest I had paid. Then we would sue if they didn't comply. My cost would be zero without court cost if it worked. When I went to their office there were new faces I didn't recognize . They had fired the people involved in the deception. Apparently I was not their only victim. I explained what had happened. That I would sue for deceptive trade practices, if they did not refund my money plus interest. They refunded the $6500 to the card and the credit company sent me a check for $650 top cover what I had already paid. The corporate office had to autorize the interest payment. I had a confimation within the week that they would cut me a check to cover the $405.00 interest charge on their next check run. I was extremely satisfied with the results. Jon's advice was right on and cost as minimal as we did not end up suing.

Jonathon Clark, helped me with my case by referring me to excellent doctors and he kept me informed about what was going on with my case. He was really professional about everything and his staff was great. I would definitely recommend him if you need an attorney.
