For the first time we spoked over the phone about the case he talked over me, shouted and started to curse at me when I spoked other wise about his I had to let him know that I am not talking the way he is talking to me to please be respectful and not cuss while I opinionated in my case on the phone he did not want to hear my side or listen on ways to prove and help my case and know I am not guilty, He tried to get me to plea guilty for a case he knew nothing about I was wrongfully charged and this man wants me to just take a plea deal.”
