James was fantastic. My DWI took two dreadful years and James worked hard to make sure I got it dismissed! I highly recommend James. He kept me informed and never failed to answer any questions or concerns I had. He is quick to respond, and gets back to you ASAP. He will work his hardest to get you the best outcome!

James is an outstanding attorney. In January of 2017 I found myself in some legal troubles. I initially hired a different lawyer who was ready to plea me out some months into the ordeal. My previous lawyer all but had me convinced that my case was impossible to win. I fired that attorney and hired James Fletcher, and to my surprise James was able to do the impossible and win my case. James Fletcher is truly a cut above everyone else! Honest, fair and genuinely concerned about the well being of his clients. James was my last shot at winning my case and keeping a conviction off of my record. I thank god for pointing me in his direction. Should you find yourself in need of a lawyer do not waste your time or money with anyone else. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer.

I am so grateful my brother Doug had such outstanding representation for his DWI. His breath test was over a .15, but because the officers didn't do the SFST's correctly, did not obtain a scene video and did not get extrapolation facts, they could NOT say he was intoxicated at the time of driving. James was supportive, answered all of my families questions and went above beyond for us. Without the research done by James, my brother would not have received a NOT GUILTY after two days of trial. My entire family is thankful for the professionalism and aggressive defense required to get Doug back on a positive track towards life. Mr. Fletcher was knowledgeable , courteous , and honest . He presented all the options that were given to me for resolution of my case. He believed in me and my case and advised me accordingly . My wife and I worked with James prior to his setting up his own firm. Any issues we had through this time really had nothing to do with Mr. Fletcher but rather the office he had previously been working out of and their staff there. James Fletcher was always courteous, professional and most importantly honest, which is something you need in situations where a lawyer is required. Despite some truly unusual and last-minute challenges thrown at him by the court during trial, Mr. Fletcher still managed to get my wife's DWI charge found not-guilty. My only real criticism was that there were times during our involvement with Mr. Fletcher where we would need to contact him several times to have a question answered. To his credit, however, the answers would always eventually come. In short, James Fletcher is a talented trial lawyer with the ability to overcome unforeseen and sudden challenges.
