Rob Buford is such a rare find as an attorney. He’s whip smart, knows the way things work, is nonjudgemental, easy to talk to and straight forward. He’s out for his clients, not for himself and if the other side is being unreasonable, he isn’t afraid to take things to trial—if he does so, he often wins. I can say all this because he hasn’t just helped me through a difficult situation, I’ve referred him to friends and family and he always come through for them. Everyone I care about has his contact in their phone. I’ve made sure of this, because if you or someone you care about needs a lawyer, it’s best not to be scrambling around, sometimes in the middle of the night, trying to remember his name. He’s handles both personal injury cases and criminal cases equally well. I wrote this review because I really don’t like, nor have respect for many of the lawyers who handle these kinds of cases, but I care about people and Rob is just a kind human being and the voice you want on the other end of the phone when you have to make this call.

When I was arrested for DWI I didn’t know who to call so I asked around. Friends told me that Robert Buford was an ace defender. When I hired him he worked diligently on my case and got me an acquittal. I recommend his firm highly to anyone who needs an attorney.

I had a very bad experience with Rob Buford. First, he tends to go over to the other side. He thinks he is smarter than you and tells you he is. You can meet and go over the case, tell him explicitly not to disclose something or bring it up and he does it anyway. He requests things like a Life plan which he says is 5k and worth it. Only to tell you during meditation it isn't worth the paper it is written on. Rob listens to a mediator and takes his statement as fact without using common sense. Rob didn't mediate my case with any tenacity. And wanted me to take what they were offering without any fight. Only fight he had was with me, his client. Trying to convince me their offer was the best we were going to get. I had to do my own meditating. I upped their offer and they jumped at it. I couldn't believe this lawyer was getting 40% for the job he did. This is not a lawyer I would recommend. My surgery was more than double and by the time he took his share, the surgery was 4 times more than I recieved.

There is no doubt that dealing with the court systems can be downright scary and stressful, especially if its your first time. When I hired Robert Buford to defend my case all the uncertainties went away. He is the most respectful, genuine and intelligent person that you could possibly have on your side. His services are highly proficient and if I ever need representation again, I know immediately who to call! Thank you again Mr. Buford!
