Mary and Beth were absolutely amazing!! My case was definitely complicated!! They work hard to get me through one of the most difficult times in my life as a single mother of 2. They were very communicative every step of the way. Super attentive and prepared me for every court proceeding. In the end, we came out on top! I could not have asked for a better team on my side!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

I hired her and regret it, she was unprepared and I had to repeat myself several times, she was too friendly with the other attorney and she tried to help them, I saw an opportunity and went against her, it worked I got everything I wanted, no thanks to Mary.

My experience with Mary Escamilla can be summed up by an email in which I said, "Please, please, please read the emails I send to you. I know that for you this is just another divorce, but for me it’s my life." Of course, I don't know if she ever read that email either. She was that unconcerned. My emails often went unread. Many times during our conversations I would say to her, "Didn't I send you an email about that." Then I would have to look it up and read it back to her. She didn't listen to my questions either. During one of our last conversations I twice asked her about some tax implications, and twice she answered with something totally unrelated, and I realized I was going to have to figure it out myself. But what's worse than all of that is that there's no evidence that she ever bothered to read the discovery documents, because she was completely unaware and unprepared for what they were going to throw at me. She seemed to spend most of her time worrying about nickel-and-dime credit card accounts. Ultimately, a catastrophe.

Where do i start. Mary and Beth have became part of our family. We have had alot crazy days and nights together but they always made sure to keep our concerns and needs first. After what felt like a decade and our case would never end it ended with an amazing Victory. My husband and I owe it all to them. When we wanted to give up mary and beth would not allow us to. They made sure we knew the outcome rather it was good or bad but always told us the judge would see the truth no matter what. After a crazy, stressful and so many reset we received the best news today. Mary fought to make sure fathers rights were heard and fathers know that they can prove why they are the better parent. I say all this to say THANK YOU MARY AND BETH you guys rock and will forever be part of our family. Thank you for all the hard work, late nights and early mornings you guys spent to make sure fathers rights, concerns and voices are also heard.

You can see from my reviews that I continue to use Mary to navigate my very family law needs. My case has been difficult from the start and Mary continues to exceed my expectations. I could go on and on, however I will say one thing. Mary will have the best interest of your case as well she is super easy to talk to and listens. I will NEVER hire another family law attorney should I need one.

5 Stars is not enough, possibly 11 might do Mary justice. There’s a level of praise you can put into words and above that level is the recommendation I would give for Mary Escamilla. Not only did I believe that my case would be challenging, but I was working against myself at times and often relying on Mary to put us on track. Her dedication, communication, and most certainly trial preparation and trial performance are unparalleled. Mary’s ability to evaluate every option and (I cannot express this enough) tenacity for driving results through honesty and core values, has exceeded my expectations and reunited a beautiful baby boy with his loving father.

Our case was something that we had never encountered and yet this Attorney took care of our family. My brother and his wife passed away leaving a child in the hands of a non family member. Since the rest of the family didn't live in Texas we knew this was going to be a uphill battle. Ms. Escamilla represented me in my divorced this past year. During this time, one can be very frazzled and weak. Mary did nothing but fill be with encouragement and advice. After the third time of being served, I had run out of steam and was relatively hopeless due to incessant bullying. There is little I can say that would do justice at its highest level for what Mary has done. She brought a family back together against all odds! Her performance in a trial that took almost 2 years in the making that only Hollywood could duplicate! I will remember Mary and Beth for the rest of my life!
