Always kept in touch and responded right away whenever I contacted him. Was able to receive more money from insurance company than I would have on my own. Lesson learned from Parker Polan---get a lawyer right away. My accident was NOT my fault. My mistake was thinking the other insurance company would deal with me fairly. Parker helped me receive the money I was owed. Thank you.

I was involved in an accident with an individual that their Insurance Company denied any and all claims due to “No visible damage.” That was their statement and they were sticking to it. I had pain due to the rear end impact. I made sure to have a police report filed. The police told me “if the individual contested the ticket in court and you don’t show up the court will dismiss their ticket.” I made sure I was there for the court hearing. I went to several Lawyers in the Austin area that would not take my case because the damage was under $1000.00. I was getting very disappointed and felt like instead of being the victim, I had be labeled the villain. The last Law Firm that I sat down with did not have the time or resources to take my case because it was so close to the deadline for filing a lawsuit so they recommended Mr. Parker Polan. Mr. Polan was willing to take my case, he worked fast and furiously to get my case filed. He kept me up to date every step of the way. When I had questions he always took the time to give me the straight answer in clear and concise detail so I could be confident in the progress of the case. He was able to get a settlement to help cover my medical expenses and car damages. I highly recommend him. He is not only an excellent attorney, but when I have called to request referrals for any other type of Legal Advice he is always willing to help and give you the best in customer service.
