I called Charles while he was busy in and out of court and he took my call. He was very polite as I explained my situation. He then told me respectfully he would call me back after court in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called back and gave me all the time to explain my father had been arrested and I was trying to help him. Charles advised me what to do, getting the right documents in order to show proof in court and to the DA that we had a good case. Charles then took that information to the Da and had my fathers case dismissed. I really like the way he sees the judicial process and willing to have dignity and respect for people even if they aren’t perfect, are in a bad situation or have a criminal record.
