Perry Minton and Rick Flores were our attorneys for a criminal case with two felonies. Manslaughter and negligent homicide. Perry’s and Ricks patience with all the questions and many many late night calls, their expertise in the court room, their demeanor, their knowledge of the law, the way they explained the law to the jurors in terms they could understand was incredible !! Not to mention the complexity of our case !! Three days in court with not guilty on both charges!! We are forever grateful. We still keep in touch! Got Alex Jones' DUI dismissed without hearing (shady privilege after he failed field sobriety test), fabricated a non-compliant/inadmissable drug test to assist their client to contempt. Assistive to numerous acts of contempt. Regular and ongoing misconduct. These people will lie about the truth they know and evidence they have to CPS, then say the CPS investigation was "ruled out." First, I want to say that this firm is a 5 Star law firm and it would be hard to go wrong with anyone. I decided to go with Rick Flores and he 100% did not disappoint. I did a lot of extensive research before I made the decision to have Rick represent me in the courtroom. Rick was amazing with handling everything that was thrown at him over the course of 4 years, handling multiple charges in multiple courtrooms. I would recommend Rick to anyone that has any legal issues and I also strongly believe he is arguably the best Criminal Defense Attorney in the Austin Metro and maybe in the State of Texas.

Louis Bratton is a good friend and does his best to take care of his client even if under threat of being disbarred,sued,and basically threatened by the other medical insurance attorney. He called their bluff and won the settlement after all the time and BS they tried. Andrea is very knowledgeable in these fights and does not take any of this personal it's all just business and she is good at it. I can’t say enough great things about Sam Bassett. My son was facing serious felony charges. We contacted Mr. Bassett after we had been working with another attorney with lackluster results. Sam picked up the case and got to work on the case. He kept us updated and in the loop throughout the entire process. Although my son aged out of juvenile court and got transferred to adult court, Sam was able to get the case No Billed by the Grand Jury. We couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome.
