We hired this attorney to defend a case. He failed to show up at court, and did NOTHING to defend or handle the case. I contacted him to get the fee refunded, and he was very abusive. I do not recommend him.

I heartily recommend Wade. My son couldn't have asked for better representation. For those in legal trouble and suffering from a disability, I think you will find Wade to be both compassionate and capable. My son has a mental illness and Wade was able to arrange for my son to get the psychiatric help he needed before appearing in court. Once my son stabilized, Wade worked out an arrangement for my son to meet legal conditions and report to court monthly. Once my son completed the requirements and made restitution, the charges were dismissed. Yet without Wade's help in getting my son the psychiatric help he needed and providing a framework for fulfilling legal conditions, I believe my son could very well still be incarcerated and mentally unstable. We were very lucky to have Wade as a lawyer.

Mr. Russell was such a blessing to me through my "journey" with my criminal cases. I never doubted that I didn't have someone on my side. He really cared about not only about my criminal situation and my mental health status. He would come in person to talk about my cases, which most go without ever getting a visit, and having no idea what is going on, which is extremely stressful. He had so much knowledge about the laws AND knows ins and outs about how the DA works. He had my case completely dismissed, and it was a REALLY big case. The person I was with is in federal prison, and my case was dismissed. I would NEVER recommend or hire any other attorney. One who truly cares.

Wade has always been there every step of the way. From a DWI, to me forgetting about a traffic ticket. Honest, not money hungry, he has helped me for the past 8 years! There is nothing too big or small for Wade. It was very cool to see Wade featured on CBS's 48 hours "Redemption Song".

When he told me sometime ago everything was looking good for my son,HE TOLD THE TRUTH! IT just takes time.

Wade Russell was recommended to me when I found myself in legal trouble others were only interested in the money they could make and all the different ways of scaring me into paying it. Mr. Russell took the time out of his day to call me back consult with me over the phone and go over the possible problems as well as tell me what the true implications were more likely to be. At that time and due to the circumstances surrounding my case he essentially talked me out of hiring him, later he wound up being appointed to me, I have had court appointed attorneys in the past, one big name that everyone said was an awesome attorney that didn't do anything for me. Wade spent the time, gave personal attention and did a thorough job. Better than any of the attorneys that I have had experience with in the past, appointed or high dollar. I trust him, and since I will be out of trouble from now on can only recommend him to friends family and anyone who wants quality representation!

I had several bad lawyers then I met Wade. I am grateful for his hard work and honesty. He didn't promise me the moon; he told me my options then worked hard to get an even better deal. His ethics, his work ethic, his responsiveness is all amazing. Today I have a great life and I attribute a lot of that to his help.
