I recently needed a lawyer for a real estate matter. I was referred to Walter by a Real Estate agent I trusted. I am glad she did. While a lot of firms would have looked at my case and said “You were wronged, but there isn’t enough money in this for us.” Walter, even though he is a high-powered attorney, looked at it as “You were wronged and that upsets me, let’s do something about it.” He cut through all the common hour building legal processes and got to the heart of the matter quickly and efficiently. We asked that he work towards a quick resolve so that we did not have to relive our problem for an extended period. He understood and got us a quick and satisfactory resolution. During this time, I came to really like Walter as a person. He is a good man with strong ethics. If I need a lawyer again for any reason, I will call Walter first.

Our trucking company hired Walter and his firm to defend against a non-compete claim. Walter took a single deposition, filed a summary judgment motion and the other side ended up paying our attorney’s fees. On other occasions, he successfully defended against wage and hour claims. On still other occasions, we were able to resolve matters without litigation. I’m impressed by his ability to cut through the legal nonsense and get results that makes sense. Walter is comfortable in a board room or a job trailer. Walter and his firm are the only attorneys we call when litigation rears its head.
