The case worker for my husbands case never returns calls. I've been calling him for the past 2 weeks. It would be nice to know what's going on. It's very annoying. Especially my husband's lawyer. Today is the 2nd message I left him and still hasn't called me back the last message. Which was a long time ago, since I can't remember now. Funny part is that when I'm waiting to get transferred the message form Wayne wright says we return your calls promptly. SMH, definitely not recommending this place.

Felt that staff in Austin, need help!, most Of the staff do not even work, but never get caught joking or on cell phones or on personal phone calls!. Strictly politics and favoritism there, will not be recommending anyone here! Hope someone looks into Austin office soon! To get work done for the people they claim to be helping!

I had a great experience. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and I felt like they actually cared about me.

The whole process was lengthy. I anticipated this due to the nature of the incident. They are taking forever to complete my case. I call and never can talk to my lawyer, the assistant never returns my call. All I would like is to get updates every now and again. But I am sure when they get there cash they will be calling me. I am very unhappy with the customer service. Drew The assistant has been polite when I speak with her but getting her to return my calls is another story. So, if you don't really care how long it takes to get your case complete and don't really care about getting updates... I have no idea what my settlement will be. Maybe by 2019 I will know something Very very unhappy I chose this form to represent me
