I used Poonawala for a trademark services. There is a portal that communication is supposed to be used. She never updated me or gave me instruction on what to do. She missed my filing deadline and had the audacity to ask me to pay more to appeal. No thank you… I’ll start the process back over with a new attorney. She was on the spot to sale me on more services though. Would highly recommend avoiding this one!
