My experience with the Law Office of Mark Kinzler is great and amazing. I needed their help for my case to remove conditions of my permanent residence (conditional Green Card), so with Mark Kinzler's and his team's help this experience, as I always describing as the most challenging and most stressful in my entire life, turned out to be as smooth as it possibly can according to situation and circumstances. I did not have any assistance from any other attorney before hiring Mark Kinzler. This was my very first experience with an attorney in general, and turned out to be extremely positive in so many ways: from patience, understanding, and support; the price and incredible expertise; to final and positive outcome. Could not be any better. Beside Mr. Kinzler as a head of The Law Office of Mark Kinzler, kudos and greatest possible appreciation go to Marisol Salazar-Arias. Every single contact with Marisol was was such a great experience; no matter if is over the phone, e-mail, or in person; and no matter is it low or high importance. She always made me feel comfortable to contact her with any possible concern, even if is some minor inquiry. I never had to hesitate, and I always knew I can rely and count on her. What is also good, and could not be unnoticed, Marisol is extremely knowledgeable, so I was so confident in her every single response. Overall experience with The Law Office of Mark Kinzler, P.C. in general, is very very positive and so impressive. I found it unbelievable that they made it possible to turn this extremely hard, stressful, and the most challenging experience in my life, into as smooth as possible process considering all circumstances. What I would like to emphasize, is the fact that I they never provided any "false/fake promises" nor presented any "false/fake issues". Since day one, everything was as realistic as possible, just as was the situation at the time, nothing worse, nothing better. Just as it is, and just as we clients need.
