Over the past 2 years there have been many things I have disliked about the whole process of getting divorced... dealing with my legal team was not one of them Eric and Jessica have been rock solid for everything!!! I have called feeling completely broken and they have helped me see the light. In court Eric was amazing, he fought for my family as if they were his own and we succeeded in all of our efforts!!! I have come to think of this amazing group of people as family and feel so blessed to have them in my corner!!!

Having used Eric to handle my divorce back in 2013 I felt 100% confident for him to handle custody issues that came up recently. I have now been awarded full custody and granted permission by Travis Co. To take the kids and relocate to MI. Things with the kids and I haven't been better! Thank you Eric!!

Excellent attorney. Excellent staff. I used to be employed by a group of lawyers and learned a lot about what makes clients happy with the work that their attorneys do for them. Eric Willie and his staff are the best. In addition to the comprehensive work done on my will and other end-of-life documents, they took care to make sure that I understood everything and that I was pleased with the outcome. His staff was professional and efficient as well as being friendly and resourceful. And his fee was extremely reasonable. When it became possible for us to marry last year, my companion and I returned to Eric, now in an even more convenient office very near our home in South Austin, for advice on updating our wills. Once again, we were very, very satisfied. We will continue to use Eric Willie for any and all of our legal needs.

Eric was my second attorney. My first attorney was not doing his job and my case had stalled. In comes Eric Willie. He told me his plan to get the case up and running again. He told me we could go to a judge and have the judge set deadlines. He did just what he said. Despite protests from my husband, who did not want to get divorced, the judge agreed with Mr. Willie and set the proposed deadlines. Two months later this case that had been going on for nearly two years, was over. My husband was forced to settle. The outcome was great. Even better than what I expected. Thanks to Eric Willie and his staff.

I was thoroughly impressed with Eric's knowledge of what actually happens inside a court room in Travis County. He knew which judges to go to for certain things and which judges not to go to. When you need a lawyer who actually has tried a bunch of cases before the court, Eric is the guy to hire. He is an excellent trial attorney and I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Eric after my wife left with our three children. She told me I would never get custody and would be lucky to see them on the weeknd. My kids are my life and I was scared to death. Eric told me that my wife was alienating the children and we would be successful in court. I put all my trust in him. On the day of court I was nervous but Eric assured me we would be ok. He did a fantastic job in court and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or more trustworthy person. The judge ruled for us and I was so happy to have my life back. I owe the world to Mr. Willie.

Highly dependable and take control team. From the moment I contacted Eric the pressure of my divorce was lifted. I started my divorce process myself thinking it would be non-contested and got blindsided. I contacted Eric and he took it from there. From our first meeting when he let me know that he would handle everything and not to worry, I was a happier individual. I highly recommend Eric Willie to anyone that ask, one awesome lawyer and team.

Eric Willie and his staff are nice, courteous, and made me feel everything would be ok in my case. It was a slam dunk and didn't seem like much work needed to be done. My case was for hundreds of thousands of $ of inheritance that was stolen by relatives in my youth. There were also land royalties involved. Mr. Willie was not aggressive enough at all. He showed up so late to court that I had to represent myself in front of the entire court, I was berated by the judge in front of the entire courtroom. It was humiliating. My witnesses drove several hours to be there and could not even be called because I had no representation. After everything was done, Mr. Willie showed up in his fancy corvette. It was such a disaster! In the end I got less than $10k of what should have been $300k + I didn't get any of the land my money paid for as a child and none of the assets. I did not receive any sentimental items which Eric assured me would happen. In the end, Eric may be good as long as a fight is not required and the work doesn't get very difficult. If your case needs confrontation or an attorney with balls, then I cannot recommend Eric Willie as an attorney. If you are looking to pay for a guy that is nice, cool, and maybe a happy hour friend, then Eric Willie is perfect for you.

GOT THIS FATHER FULL CUSTODY Eric was exactly what I needed to achieve what felt impossible. He is confident, reassuring, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed to do to get custody of my son. It was a very long and trying battle but the entire time I was kept well informed and assured we were doing everything right. There were no false promises and he told me up front that this would be a difficult battle, but WE DID IT!! Not only did I get custody, but we actually got everything and MORE we asked for!!
