Eliana Maruri y su equipo son los mejores que puedo recomendar en Austin, nosotros escogimos a Eliana después de entrevistarnos con otros 2 abogados por su honestidad y trato en responder todas preguntas que le hicimos, el precio por sus servicios era óptimo y además lo mejor que nos ofreció plan de pagos!!!. La verdad que fue la mejor decisión. Mi mamá era un caso complicado por la situación de las restricciones de viaje entre Europa y EEUU derivadas de COVID, Eliana nos asesoró de todo y en TAN SÓLO UNA SEMANA PUDIMOS HACER EL FILLING! My husband and I came to Eliana with our immigration case after we got married and we are so happy we did. We were concerned and worried after seeing so many horror stories about violent deportations in the media and online, we didn’t know what might happen or what to expect. Eliana and her staff were all super friendly and helpful and helped eased a lot of our worries. Eliana told us what the laws are, what law enforcement agencies can and can’t do, what was required of us and what to expect from start to finish. What a relief! Shortly after we began the process of applying for my husband’s residency, the pandemic hit and our timeframe was longer than expected, but Eliana stayed on top of it and kept us updated the entire time. Finally, we got our interview date and Eliana helped prepare us for the interview and she even met us at the interview location. It was very comforting to know she was there to support and help us if we needed it. We breezed through the interview and got a same day approval and my husband got his green card in the mail about a week later. We were so happy with the service we received and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced lawyer whom they can trust to help them with their immigration case. We will be using her again when we apply for citizenship in 2 years!

Eliana has represented my husband and family for years before throughout his immigration process, when we got married we utilized Maruri Law for our process to Permanent Residency. From start to finish we were completely assisted. The rundown upfront of the process and needs was incredibly thorough, she and her team assisted us through all of the paperwork, documents sourcing and finally filing our applications and petitions. During the waiting period of applying until the interview they kept us updated. When 2020 shutdowns happened with the immigration offices they kept us in communication for updates on timeline.
