My experience with the Sandoval Family Law Firm was terrific!! Raul and Estella (Raul's paralegal) were absolutely amazing throughout my entire experience. I needed to have my child support reduced due to being laid off from my job because of COVID-19 and they were there for me every step of the way. Answered any question I had (and I had a lot!) within a very timely manner. Overall, they are true professionals and the bonus is they are also extremely compassionate with respect to these difficult situations. Going through a divorce can be extremely difficult. But Mr. Sandoval and his paralegal, Estella, made the whole process much easier than I ever imagined!! When speaking with him, he was knowledgeable and kind. He really took the time to listen to what I had to say and how I felt. If I had any questions, they were prompt with getting back to me. I hired Attorney Sandoval to represent me in settling legal matters concerning my divorce in Travis County- primarily with custody of my children. Divorce is expensive but he worked with me to keep costs to a minimum, and I can't appreciate that enough. He was always quick to respond to my questions, and took time to make sure I understood the law. A couple times he was also able to calm my agitation/anxiety with simple facts and an objective mindset. Anytime a situation threatened to explode into something expensive (ie going to court) he was careful to lay out my options and explain potential costs (and he managed to keep us from going down that road). The experience of divorce was really unpleasant, but working with Attorney Sandoval made it bearable and I'm incredibly grateful.
