I'm sure the voter intimidation of Republicans against Republicans is perfectly fine with Paxton as he's said nothing about it.

This office allowed many years for the Non-Custodial parent to avoid child support. The NCP accumulated over $80,000 in back support before this office placed the NCP on a "probation ". No income tax collection etc.
However, they still side with the NCP than the CP. When the CP is told to gather information and provide it to the office, the TAGO states that "it is not enough" or "the NCP must verify " or they throw it into the trash.
For a deadbeat NCP to owe +$90,000, pay $287 mthly on three kids on back support, not report their employer and not have income tax or other sources collected while this office pushes around more complying NCP should show the prejudices and ignorance of the system.
The NCP since probation ended has decreased the payments and now stopped paying. The NCP has lied in your court many times and makes sexual predator comments about his own children...yet the Texas Authorities do nothing.
I wish I could find the right attorney to sue your office and the deadbeat NCP. You intimate the paying NCP while allowing the non-payment NCP to break the rules.

The fact this business is supported through extortion and unlawful acts that are considered crimes because they are at work forcing people to pay their way through life so they don’t have to actually work is a complete crime against our gos given rights. Don’t pay but make sure to send notarized and certified mail asking why they think it’s okay to take our god given rights away so they don’t have to actually work. Ask them why they think it’s okay to enslave us through policies and take the rights gave you away. Supreme law of the land already determined this business is not conducting itself in a manner that states our children are not the beneficiary as they should be. We are the beneficiaries and they are the trustees.

I'm sure the entire office has issues but their child support division in particular is sorely lacking. Many people with an ex-spouse still get along and have the responsibility to speak up when may see unfair practices and treatment. This division constantly mails out late notices when support is deducted directly from paychecks as per the order; they don't correctly maintain records so that paperwork from 10 plus years back has to be pulled and resubmitted or else they put a hold on tax returns; when a child comes of age they only adjust the basic support amount and leave the payment for the insurance reimbursement unadjusted so that the non-custodial parent is now overpaying for that along with support for any additional children; they will sometimes close cases out prematurely and send money back only to follow up with a letter stating the case is still open and there is now an arrears amount; their system does not correctly reflect transactions- if they incorrectly send money back as per the previous comment, the non-custodial parent has to send in a new check for the entire amount again and once applied it indicates that there were never any payments made and so this is reflected as a late payment when it was not; when you call to ask questions there's always a different answer and I have been witness to phone calls where they treated the non-custodial parent (specifically men) in a hateful and disrespectful manner; and the last thing I will list is after years of problem free child support payments, the non-custodial parent (specifically men) has had to wait sometimes around 8 months after payments are supposed to end until the case is closed despite keeping in regular contact and trying to find out why it's taking so long. You'll need all the help you can get if you're stuck within the Texas system.
