I sought there help after experiencing serious harassment from Citizens Corps and local stakeholders to other groups involved in community policing. I was told they are there to protect the state . So I assume asking for help or showing proof of serious stalking and harassment is something they do not care to see video proof of. You will get more help by a foreign government than this office. Atleast that has been my experience.

I turned in my daughters graduation letter over 3 weeks ago and they haven’t released my child support yet. The first week they were scanning it and the last few weeks they have been reviewing it. I was told it would only be about a week. They are still taking the money out of her dads check but are holding it.

I'm a NCP I changed jobs called a month and a half ago and gave all my info were I work no payments have been taken out IV called called called and called on my lunch breaks and after no answer I'm trying to do my job and help my kids I get letter s in the mail hounding me but when I try to call and can't talk to someone I can't help I have to send the payment my self

Despite what it says here, this is not actually a physical child support office. I paid for parking and walked a block for them to tell me that the closest child support office were either in Pflugerville or at Oltorf. This listing is very misleading.
