I am sincerely appreciative of the invaluable help provided by Mark. I found myself in a challenging situation after investing a significant portion of my savings in a real estate company I worked for at the time, only to discover that the owner was engaging in fraudulent transactions and commingling funds with his investors' and clients' money. Subsequently, I was terminated from the position when I asked for a return of my invested capital. Despite reaching out to five other attorneys who were unable to assist or claimed, "I didn't have a case," Mark felt confident from the beginning that he could help me. Mark demonstrated unwavering confidence in his ability to recover my funds, assuming a proactive role even during moments of doubt on my part. His commitment to transparency and genuine concern for my financial situation, especially given its precarious nature at the time, set him apart. I wouldn't say he's a shark but he knows how to go up against one, which was vital in this case. Thank you again for your help! 10/10 recommend.

Very unprofessional & Condescending towards me. Mark Made me feel dumb

I hired Ms. Godwin during a fairly heated custody case. She explained the process to me thoroughly and even though she had some personal things going on, she still fought for the best interest of me and my child. She didn't have to do half of the things she did, but she let me know what I deserved and worked hard to make sure everything turned out fairly for both parties. She answered my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and let me know every next step. At the end of everything, I almost forgot she was my lawyer because she treated me more like a friend than a client. As someone who has no experience using a lawyer for a situation like this, she put my mind at ease. I will recommend her to any friend of family member who may need a family law attorney in the future. Thank you for everything Heather!

Heather represented my ex-wife in a custody dispute. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney for my attorney to easily walk all over. She files nonsensical motions, rapid-fire, presumably to burn up the retainer faster. Her credentials appear to be in corporate law, and the fact she's accepting divorce cases is a shame. She's unprofessional, unprepared, and long past time to find another career path.

Mark was able to help me navigate a transaction where I was able to recover a property from a buyer who was in default without having to go through foreclosure. He communicated throughout the process and executed a strategy that was truly a win-win for all parties. Highly recommend.

Heather was a great lawyer, and I would definitely recommend her to others. She took the time to understand my case and was always willing to make adjustments as necessary. Edit: After finally managing to have my account closed out, my opinion of Heather greatly changed. The long time it took to hear back from her over simple matters, inconsistencies with provided information and actualities, and problems not handled as a part of my divorce that should have been included in the original document have made me no longer recommend her.
