Jenn has a laid back, easy-to-understand way of explaining potentially complex legal concepts, and when she answers your questions she makes you feel heard, understood, and like the smart person you are! For my small business, I asked her to review the forms I use when new clients / students agree to work with me. During this process, she asked thoughtful questions that made me realize I needed some additional policies and processes, and worked with me so that what I came up with wasn't going to be overkill.
