Melissa helped me on a child support petition, and visitation arrangement for my 21-month old son. She was excellent from the beginning she took my case. Responded to all my questions on a timely manner, got on the phone when I had anxiety on where the case was headed, and reassured me things were on track. She was sensitive to my needs, and helped me get a signed Order from the Court in a very efficient manner. The whole process took under 2 months, and I'm fortunate that a competent lawyer like Melissa was assigned to my case. I highly recommend her for anyone who is going through a divorce.

My experience with this law firm is a mixed bag. I did not seek out Brandon as my attorney. Instead, I was unknowingly handed off to him during my first meeting. Due to my situation being time sensitive, I did not have ample time to shop around for representation. The rate to retain him was expensive, but still somewhat reasonable when you're dealing with private law firms. Brandon was professional; however I felt a lot of frustration throughout the year and a few months that he represented me. He filed the same incorrect document with the county twice, which is creating a lot of anxiety for me. Brandon was disengaged most times. We were never prepared and the opposing side always had the jump on us. Pertinent documents and information were not shared with me timely (or at all), leaving me at a huge disadvantage even during our hearing. Communication was severely lacking and his response turnaround time was always delayed to the point where I would have to often follow-up for anyone to get back to me. He lacked sensitivity for the complexity and stress that I was experiencing. My situation was very delicate and he made a few insensitive remarks regarding my intentions that made me question if he was actually representing me or the opposing side. I sent sufficient evidence and spent days preparing it for our case. He disregarded most of it, which may have impacted the outcome of my case or at least uncovered the dishonesty from the opposing side. He was uninterested in my case and did not represent me in the manner I felt I deserved. I would not go through this law firm again. I managed to get nearly all of the allegations dismissed due to my solid evidence and not so much his skill, I feel. Holly (paralegal) was very kind, supportive, and helpful. I appreciated her assistance and her responding to me when I had questions. Christian was often very short with me. She usually was condescending when communicating. It could be her personality, but that still does not justify when you never know the stress a client may be under to answer in that manner. I cannot speak for anyone else. I just know from my experience, he was clearly the wrong choice for me. I did not receive the care and representation that many of the other reviewers are claiming, but then again, I did not seek him out first. I was re-assigned, for whatever reason, from the Mat Rueda Law Firm that I initially went to. Please use caution and listen to your gut if you feel that your attorney does not have your best interest at heart. If you can afford to, terminate that contract immediately. It's tricky finding a good fit. Good luck to those seeking great representation, because any "great" law firm may end up being a bad choice for some.

This entire law firm is filled with kind people and fierce advocates! Brandon, Melissa, and Travis are excellent attorneys and their staff Eliza and Courtney are absolutely joys to talk to and always there to help when you need it most. I highly recommend everyone at this firm to anyone who is looking for help navigating the murky waters of a family mater!

I had the pleasure of having Christian Smith as my divorce lawyer. The office responded to my questions and concerns in a prompt and detailed manner. Christian was very thorough and supportive. She gave all the options available, and allowed me to choose the right decision for myself while still looking out for my best interests. My ex and his lawyer took their time filing and responding to emails and calls, but she was constantly fighting to get it done quickly so that I wouldn’t be encumbered by high lawyer fees.

Unfortunately/fortunately I've had the experience to hire Travis Granger. I can say upon the first meet I had a pretty awesome interaction. He is very informative and tells you how it may and how it may not go which kept me at ease. He picked the road better suited for the case and communicates as often as one would like, I truly respected that honestly. I can't say enough but a serious Thank You to him and the firm that hired him . That is all one can do given the circumstances but again one huge thanks!

Brandon was super professional and understanding about my situation and provided frank, clear legal advice for my upcoming marriage. I will continue to work with Brandon for any family law or family will needs that my family needs going forward. I'm grateful to be in his capable hands!

Not displeased. They defended a Narcissist client, who stalked me me with fake accounts. Also has broken courts orders and false accusations. Since my kids have been in the client care, my kids are therapy cause they can’t see me, the client has once again pointed fingers if me hiding the kids, and now I can’t find my kids. His client has moved without permission plus has not given me the address. So no I do not agree with this firm. Cause this has been a pissing contest, now his client has been on the run for 5 months and will not allow him self to be served. Constable has tried to reach him. Come to find out the client has moved and not told me. So I can’t serve him or locate my kids. They made me to be the bad guy, by false claims do they can get away committing a crimes. Plus his client’s girlfriend is a feeling no custody of her kids, and owns and handle a gun. Which is against the law. This law firm has aided a criminal to allow a felony use a gun when she is not allowed to be around them. So they now criminalize themselves as well.
