Carolyn Young made things clear and kept them simple and easy to understand while maintaining a sense of calm and resolve that provided me with the confidence that she was able to handle my needs. I hired Carolyn about 10 years ago, paid my $4000 retainer and she used almost the entire amount ($40 returned unused) in just serving him with papers, phone calls to me. Nothing was accomplished for $4000. I had to hire another attorney and pay again before I got my case settled. Very upset and a waste of money I didn't have.
